It's Get-in-Shape month for us in Central Oregon. We joined the local public swim & fitness center since the weather is not conducive to the walking we're used to. It's nice that the place has expanded with workout rooms, a weight room, yoga, etc. since we lived nearby back in the 80's/90's when it was only an indoor pool.
