There’s a direct relationship between the importance of commuter jets and how they are treated at the airports they connect. At Lansing, jetways (yes, and this is our actual flight). In Atlanta, already a pre-holiday ZOO, we WALKED a considerable distance, wending our way through a parking lot of planes, from ours to the STEPS up to the concourse (escalator coming down for those headed OUT, though).
