All day when I was mulling today’s post, I was thinking I would not discuss the election, or even touch on it.

Then, on the way back from voting—a gorgeous day, so we walked—I saw this sign by the door to a neighborhood bar/restaurant.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t in its regular position.

I found it perfect for the day, however.

Other topics I thought about paled….

Then, just a few minutes ago, I found out that a friend is short-listed for a Real Job, which is a great and wonderous thing anytime, but especially in this economic climate. Now, in my personal micro-sphere, that news trumps the national scenario. And is contrary to the sign in the photo!
