The flamingos may be a charity thing. One year at the cabin we “flocked” my dad for his birthday. We saw a poster at Penny’s Kitchen advertising for a charity. For a $25 donation, they would flock the address of your choice. For $50, they would come remove the flamingos two days later.
We thought it was a great idea for the man who has everything.
