    That’s a lot of pumpkin pie filling! (I assume) What did you fill with it?
    I filled puff pastry shells with it, and still have some left.

    I did the equivalent of four pies worth of filling, based on the standard (old, traditional) recipe on the Libby pumpkin labels. I filled the containers judging by how deep (thick) the filling was, aiming for similar thickness. Of course, the round containers finished baking faster than the rectangular ones….
