I really like rhubarb sauce. We pulled the leaf-stalks today, and The Botanist trimmed the leaves directly into the wheelbarrow, for easy return to the garden, to begin the process of recycling their nutrients back into the soil, and the plants it will support. A tidy system (but not a closed one).
