I see the “revitalization” of the Virginia-Highland business district as uneven, and mostly I’m not impressed with the choices designers made. This park-let is slightly better than the last one—in layout—but the traffic patterns around it are far worse.
Overall, I’d grade the new design lower than the old one, mainly due to the increased vehicular clogging.
No one wants that.
On the other hand, it’s easier to get water for your dog with this new industrial-strength faucet!
