Fog-tree-light-hawk

Foggy this morning, but, looking up, it appears somewhat attenuated by camera. Late in the afternoon, we saw a Broad-winged Hawk, I think in one of these trees (different angle makes it tricky to be sure…). We didn’t know which raptor it was, but neighbor F sure did! He identified it, then went in for his binoculars, and of course, in his short absence, the hawk soared away.
