Snap

Ooops. Forgot this poor plant gifted to me months ago. It’s been on its own mostly since. It’s inside now.

This one, on the other hand, is right out in the midst of the Snap, surviving nicely (so far).

Theme: down

The leaves are down across our lawn, making the equivalent of a (down) duvet keeping the ground from freezing as the temps head for brrrrrr. However, we’re not expecting the White Stuff that’s been falling in the Midwest and even in the mountains down here.

Too forced and artificial?

Change (visual)

Light games

Sometimes, sometimes, the product of the algorithms in the phone-camera matches my aesthetics.

Note how there’s both green grass and autumnal golden fallen leaves.

Morning moments

First, I saw the moon looming over a colorful whats-it tree.

Later/Soon, I spotted ground fog in a park-let.

…all with sunshine, and before 8:15am.

Gravity-fed

This is not my first photo of this water tank posted in these cyber-hinterlands. I know tanks’re ubiquitous in the NYC skyline, but not-so-much in this southern outpost. Still, it makes a good architectural image.

Stylin’

Stylin

As near as I can tell, the suitcase is more-or-less permanantly installed on that rack.

ATL conditions

Boy-o-boy have we had clear and brilliant moon-lit nights lately. I hear we’re headed for a cold snap next week, as in below freezing. Yikes.

My way

I call this night light, even though it’s more accurate to say dusk light.

Toothsome fruitiness

On today’s grocery expedition, we found autumnal antioxidants, the red and blue flavors. I was particularly excited by the early cranberries, early meaning before T-giving week.

All about timing

I’m all goofed up by the time change. I reset three clocks that are manual; more await, including in both vehicles.

Today was not this sunny.
