There’s a bit of a story here. The goats nibbled the end off this branch, and all the leaves as well. Since then, the honeysuckle recovered enough to replace leaves and even bloom!
Sadly, a cold snap rolled in all day, with temps dropping steadily since sunrise, In fact, the temp’s just below freezing now, and headed down to perhaps 24°F, so a rude surprise for the honeysuckle bush.
