Fake lake. Also called a pool. But a pool also can have non-chlorinated flowing water, and thus be real, as in natural, and not human-made. Or created by beaver damming….
In the dichotomy, you’d think this is a real lake. But, no…well, and yes. It’s dammed up, so some level of flowing. But, I think there was a marsh of sorts here in this little basin, which needs pumps and aeration to keep it from clogging back up into being a marsh again. It seems.
